Cancellations by the customer

Cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. On cancellation of an order after it has been processed/approved by Onlineking.in, the cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 5% of the order value.Onlineking.in has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Onlineking.in and accept Onlineking.in decision regarding the cancellation. Products once dispatched cannot be returned. Nothing herein will prevent you from returning the product pursuant to rights available to you under applicable law.

RMA Process for Online Customers

In case customer have received the product as faulty/DOA, customer should inform us within 7 Days of time after receipt of the product. If we will receive the intimation for faulty/DOA product in time, we will arrange for pick up and replacement. In other case if customer is not able to inform us about faulty/DOA product in time i.e within 7 Days, in that case customer has to bear To and From charges for replacing the material. Customer can also go to nearby service centre for particular vendor. We are always there to help customer by taking product back and arranging for its replacement.

Registration & Order Processing

In order to process your orders placed on this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration, you will be required to provide your contact information, which includes your name, e-mail address, telephone number and street address. This information is used to provide you with important Onlineking.in services such as automated order status updates via e-mail.

Most of the information collected in the registration process will be used to process orders. During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. 

You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Onlineking.in does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays. Delivery time for Order is Based of Product order and can vary from 3-7 Days or upto 14 days to 1 Month For Certain Order which is Procured globally or shipped using Sea / Waterway Route, Order delays due to unseen circumstances customer will be updated from time to time for any delays in timely manner through email and calls.

Return Policy

In case Customer want to cancel or Return an order which is Delivered on time, We accept return and refund request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have Upto 7 Days after delivery to inform and return the same to us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. Buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us. Any Order where in the return or Refund is approved to the customer have to be shipped back the in its Original Product, Intact condition within 7 Days of Approval, Return / Refund request will cancelled if any part or accessory is missing from the product box.

Refunds are Processed to the Original Source of Payment, All or Any refunds will be processed to the Source of Payment only, for Exception case you will be need to provide valid ID and Valid Bank Details for Refund to be processed to Customers Authorized Bank. (This usually takes 7-10 Business days).

Their will be deduction of the convenience fee for orders getting cancelled by the buyer before shipping, once the order has been shipped it will be 5% charge if the orders get's cancelled by the buyer. These charge will be adjusted from the refund amount. If the buyer opts for refund, then it will be initiated once we receive the product in same condition as it was shipped.

Fraudulent /Declined Transactions

Onlineking.in reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently. Onlineking.in reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons for fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or acts or omissions in breach of these terms and conditions.
